Laura Deleot and Tori Thomas had been collaborating for 6 years when they determined they were better together and decided to form a partnership. Establishing Circa Design in 2015, they built their business on a shared set of principles that remain unchanged: intentional design, focused processes, collaborative teamwork, creative curiosity, and a flexible work environment. In their first two years, they went from just the two of them to a fully developed company with office space in two cities, six full-time employees, and a roster of 70 clients. They have also built their unique Circa Fellowship program, launched several initiatives for Circa Creative, and participated in countless community projects. They have experienced their own growing pains, to be sure, but they know what it takes to make good ideas grow. They are doing it themselves with Circa.
